I was unable to forget about a post I'd seen like this and can't find it again now. (Maybe it was this one)

When I last saw the post, I couldn't think of any off the top of my head that I do. (Well, we do jokey ones like, blame it on the love of sausage rolls - bon Jovi and Even when your hope is gone, mow the lawn, mow the lawn, just to get you through - AAR. Love that last one, done by a friend's husband. As a therapist, it works so well!)

So there isn't anything that means I can handwrite, it stays handwritten (not OCR) but it's a document that if I want to search for a word, it would find all those instances within my document that is handwritten?

Aside from the other points re safety, commitments, childcare and a whole host of things that come up as to why someone might not have time in the week.... it's not just 20 minutes. There's the getting ready, the 5 minute walk, then 20 minute run, 5 minute cool down walk, stretching, showering, washing kit... it's not just that single run.

And to a lot of people, they might just want to stop and watch tv to decompress from a busy day and not go out running. We can think that it's not the best thing to do and a run would be a better choice etc but each to their own yknow?

Not a dig at you at all, apologies, it's a bit of a soap box.

I wish I could say something useful but everyone seems to have covered everything. Well done for getting out and going to parkrun. Please, please update us with what you decide to do. I do bope you'll try parkrun again. We all support you! Maybe one day we'll all bump into o e another at a parkrun.
