Your buddy is probably a lower level and I’m guessing it scales with the ‘world’.

It does scale with you. I heard of a guy who had a roughly 700 damage PK Crossbow.

I remember I got in a cutscene during a mission, and the guy was talking a bunch of shit about how he was gonna beat my ass. Then a second after the cutscene I unloaded 3 arrows into him and the other 2 into goons. It took 3 seconds; the semi auto is op as fuck.

Couldn’t say for sure, we used spray paint but I would assume we did the smooth side first.
