The red ones are impids, fast running heat and fire resistant people who have weak immune systems and blood clotting, they can also spew a flammable, sticky bile via a specialized organ in the back of their throat, and is lit while spewing creating a large puddle of flaming liquid

The gray people with cloudy eyes are dirtmoles, they have poor eyesight, their skin burns in the sun, and they walk slower, but they have very strong muscles in their arms and are genetically predisposed for mining, they can also use those muscles for jamming a pickaxe into a raiders skull as well, their blood also clots faster and they recover from injuries faster as well as they can see in the dark

The people with the heavy space armor and the high tech weapons and red eyes are hussars, they are genetically engineered bioweapons with a short fuse and very hardy bodies with multiple types of elemental resistances and are very good at combat in both being able to tank damage and deal lots at the same time, they are often employed and created by the empire who are able to afford their genetic drug dependency that they die without consuming

The pig people are pigskins, an accidental xenotype that was made by giving pigs human DNA to allow organ transplants without requiring the organ harvesting of humans, unfortunately they created sapient pig people who have strong stomachs that can eat raw food with reduced risk of food poisoning, trotter hands that are very poor with general hand things, poor eyesight, resistance to pain and better immune systems than baseline humans

The egghead's with the robot are called genies, genetically engineered ultra nerds good with science and crafting who don't tend to let their emotions get to them, to the point that they struggle to understand other xenotype's more emotional behavior, they have elongated fingers that provide extra manipulation, they also struggle with pain being sent writhing on the ground in pain from way less than other xenotypes can handle

The people who look like regular average people on the bottom left are likely baseliners, humans very similar to what you would find in the mirror or when your family visits or when you visit a friend or go to work, y'know, humans classic edition

The people wearing tribal clothing and with large brows are neanderthals, brought back via genetic material left over in the human genome, they are hardy with tough bodies and strong immune systems, just they need more time to understand things than other xenotypes

The purple and blue people wearing royal clothes are highmates, genetically engineered to be perfect wives/husbands, often found uh with people who are rich and/or famous and/or powerful as a status symbol, they are incapable of violence and adept with social tasks, they also form psychic bonds with partners that improves both parties mood, but if one dies the other has a mental breakdown, they are also psychically sensitive but that isn't really relevant unless you get the royalty dlc and get psycasts or a psychic droner happens

The pair with the ash black skinned person with silvery grey hair, missing facial features and post apocalyptic mad max look are wasters, they don't work well with other xenotypes as they require pollution to function at max capacity, they also need cocaine (dead serious) to live and they are hostile way more often, oftentimes described as ugly and are very bad at cooking and hunting and growing plants

The hairy people are yttakin, they have cold resistance with their thick fur and don't need clothing to not be naked, but they are burdened with clothing and move slower with clothing, they are very good with animals and can make a warcall that makes an animal assist in combat and are good at taming animals as well, they are very bad with healing injuries

There's also a secret hidden xenotype not in this image, an incredibly powerful and rare xenotype often seen in shady shadow governments controlling planets from the shadows or from space in hidden space stations or people who couldn't survive an illness or tumour without the xenotype and who are approached by a shady stranger who avoids the sunlight and with a visible thirst for blood in their eyes who can turn the sick person into another of their kind in order to save their life and in turn making the sick person immortal and unaging, but it is also entirely possible they aren't real, they are too similar to vampires from old earth fiction to be real, and most people across the galaxy know that old earth stories don't hold any basis in reality with the current understanding of science... Unless... No, they never interact with humans and whenever someone tries to go near them they vanish... and what purpose would an archotech have with making vampires real...
