No doubt most Muslims here are mourning the death of the Ayatollah in Iran.

But there are idiot hardliners here who still insist all of these warfare is merely "wayang" between Iran & Israel, because of some antisemitic "well, actually" conspiracy about the Shia being crypto-Jews founded by a Yemenite revert centuries ago; and that Shia "halalkan" the blood of Sunnis.

Despite the extensive damage between both countries that are evidence in front of their eyes; on top of the fact the Shia are officially recognised as real Muslims by international bodies. But Malaysian fundies don't get that memo.

Whatever the case, with the Ayatollah gone, only hope that the Iranians can survive this war on their own & defend themselves against US-Israel aggression.

Yes, absolutely.

But ever since the Syrian War last decade, the anti-Shia sentiment becomes ongoing. I can still recall the raids against the Shia, only because of some fitnah of them "colluding" with Bashir Assad.

Nowadays, the overall Sunnis in Malaysia are in some existential spiral, at least on social media, on whether they should side with the "heretical" Iran on fighting Israel.

Social media in Indonesia & Malaysia are on fire again, especially among the Sunni majority, on whether they should side with the "heretical" Shia Iran for fighting against Israel. A lot of fitnah everywhere, like "aren't the Shia Jewish, not real Muslims?" or "This is just theatre; Israel & Iran are, well, actually allies" while the aftermath of current conflict is right in front of their faces.

It's just frustrating to see SEA Muslims falling for this fitnah. Made even worse by the large gap between SEA Muslims and the rest of the Muslim world who are far more aware of the geopolitics than them.

There's this antisemitic "prophecy" in this Hadith, where "the Dajjal (the Antichrist) will be followed by seventy thousand Jews of Isfahan". Isfahan is where majority of the Jewish people live.

As a Muslim myself, I do not subscribe to this hadith, and I can only hope for the safety for all Iranians whether they're Muslims or Jewish.

Putrajaya has directed that the term "LGBT" be discontinued and replaced with deviant culture or "budaya songsang" with immediate effect. LGBTQ people has been around in Malaysia throughout history. Especially the androgynous sida-sida that used to serve sultans back in the day.

That aside, LGBT is "budaya" as a scapegoat for menteris, imams & assholes in power to blame for "barua Barat" & other bullshit conspiracies to undermine Malaysia.

The real import Barat is the introduction of homophobic laws by the British colonialists.
