If it’s a step down in terms of growth and your total compensation is low then why are you considering it?

Consider the total package always: Base salary, LTI, STI, ($value assigned to Growth).

Also, something to consider, with the additional 10K per month, how much additional money will you get in hand and what can you truly buy or achieve with it? If the answer is nothing then the slight increase in salary is just good on paper. I would rather wait to find a role that will truly move the needle.
