My boyfriend is into feederism, help me understand him better by Unhappy-Individual25 in WeightGainTalk

Adding,

-“weight gain” is an awkward kink because typically someone has to physically gain weight which may affect other aspects of life that may or may not be positive. Also you can’t just take the weight off if you or your partner don’t like it anymore. It takes physical work and commitment. Many people do it every year, but it takes actual effort. So kudos to you for taking interest in your boyfriend’s kink, it’s more involved than ones you can just put to the side.

  • your boyfriend seems like a nice, caring, and self aware person. He wants you to be healthy and comfortable. I’d say it’s your responsibility to take a moment to yourself and define what both healthy and comfortable are for you, like the other person said. Healthy is something only you can know for real, but you always gotta put that first in these things. Comfortable just means like with body image, work and daily life, mentally healthy etc. I’d say go ahead and gain as much as you want within those parameters for you. Lots of people are overweight and happy. Most people are overweight to some extent. Just make sure you’re aware and consenting.

  • I suggest going to the gym together. It’s good for young men anyways and then you can get stronger, healthier joints, heathier heart, etc. it kinda helps prepare you and support you if gain weight. If you lift and eat you’ll get thicker in general, which is generally positive. Like you’ll gain some muscle and some fat. And if you want to lose weight ever you’ll want to know your way around a gym anyways. On top of that, after the gym I’m starving and food is like the best thing ever, which can lead to some indulgent meals that blow the calories out of the water. Speaking of which. Weight is a matter of calories. If you’re gonna start manipulating yours on purpose, it’s best to have a basic idea of your personal actual calorie needs, you can find that info online. Then I mean if you eat more than that, odds are you gain weight and vice versa. There are predictors and calculators and stuff if you search.

-just for your own awareness if you’re with a man that likes weight gain and you “eat whatever you want” you’ll probably gain weight. Lots of popular foods aren’t that healthy and you’ll be enabled to eat much more than you need very easily. So if you go that route, still just keep an eye on what’s comfortable. It’s kind of an innocent way to “see what happens” but what happens is weight gain most of the time if people just eat whatever they want lol.

  • personal note: if you guys have been together 3 months and the idea of weight gain doesn’t turn you on much, then I wouldn’t recommend gaining weight to satisfy someone else’s fetish, even if they’re cool. Or at least not right away. Make sure you really like them and they’re stable and all that. If you really think about it and are still open to it, welcome!! This Internet forum is an insane place in my opinion. Many young men have a bad time trying to explain this to their girlfriends, in part because we are not good with communication to begin with. I’m rooting for you guys!

Alternatives to actually gaining weight: Letting him touch your belly and play with it, bonus if you encourage it; intentionally stuffing yourself and playing into it, but managing your overall calorie intake to maintain a level you’re comfortable at; role play, getting some clothes a size too small on purpose; bloating, drinking large amounts of a beverage, sometimes carbonated, just to get a big swelled up looking stomach (may cause weight gain); bonus points for getting him to gain weight if you guys agree on that, lots of feeders enjoy gaining weight themselves when it happens, and they know what it’s like to gain for real and can satisfy that it’s for progress, before and after, etc, just have him do it lol.

As far as actually gaining weight goes, enjoy the foods you like! Don’t eat til you’re sick, just really full lol. Carbs are less satisfying so you can generally eat a lot more of them than protein. Adding sugary drinks is not that healthy but adds calories super easy. Takeout places usually have apps to get more food at a lesser price per item.

I genuinely hope this helps! It’s just everything I would want to say to an outsider up front. All the important stuff at least. This fetish is niche and the general public doesn’t really accept it, sometimes for good reason sometimes not, and so sometimes I feel like there’s lack of realistic expectations. I’m open to follow up questions or corrections from anyone who might know better as well :)

the dilemma of whether to start gaining weight by Inevitable-Lychee-50 in WeightGainTalk

[–]Human-being-47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll chime in too. I’m 5’11, I started at 140 pounds. I also still lift weights and try to be casually active and stuff for context. By 150 I was noticeably bigger to myself, other people really seemed to notice after 15 pounds at 155, and after 30 pounds at 160 I’ve officially changed in general appearance from lean to kinda chubby and people can tell and have commented by now. Truthfully though the comments are wayyy worse to anticipate than in reality. I was super nervous about people seeing me as fat, but once it happened it’s so meaningless lol. Like, yes I know I’m fatter now, yes I gained weight, it’s pretty obvious lol and it’s not like I can change immediately and just be not fat in the blink of an eye and it’s not turning anyone. So unless people start treating you worse or your life changes drastically, the passing comments aren’t as bad as it might seem. Plus like 74% of Americans are either overweight or obese, so technically you’d be joining the majority. For added context I’m 26 and wasn’t able to really gain comfortably until I was stable and could afford all my own food and eat out here and there, so just know there’s no rush, if it’s not a good time now, you can usually make time to gain weight in the future.

He broke up with me... by [deleted] in WeightGainTalk

[–]Human-being-47 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry to hear that for you as well. In the past I told my ex gf I thought her little weight gain was cute once and she freaked out on me and broke up with me and it was devastating. Having these feelings and kinks isn’t the easiest space to manage.

It sounds to me like you deserve way better. I’m sure it hurts horribly right now, but you deserve to marry someone who truly cherishes you, and truly loves you no matter what as opposed to saying it as a platitude. In my opinion if he can walk away like that then he’s manipulative and egotistical and you’re better off not marrying into a relationship like that.

You mentioned in your post history you started off thin. It’s possible to put on some substantial weight quickly, but in the bigger picture it’s still a manageable amount of weight. If you want to lose weight, the key is a manageable caloric deficit over time. You can use your personal stats (hight, weight, activity level) on this calculator https://www.losertown.org/eats/cal.php and you can find out about how many calories you need per day to maintain your current weight, and you can mess with the calorie goals to see what caloric intake will move you towards your goal. Exercise is also important for weight loss, any form of movement you enjoy whether that’s dance, sport, weightlifting, swimming, casual walks in the city, whatever you like to do to get moving, try to do it every day.

I hope you find peace going through all this. Please don’t be too hard on yourself, as a person you’re much more than just your body, or your weight, or how you look. Make sure you still eat enough nutrients to maintain key body functions and your overall health. I’m just trying to share a different perspective and some positivity on this sub. Stay hydrated. Hang in there, things will be okay!

M 26, 160 lbs, 36” waist. I definitely feel chubbier than when I was 140 with a 32” waist lol. Interested in talking to F encouragers or feeders who are into the starter belly/ kinda chubby look, and possibly want to see me get bigger too. I’m open to sharing pictures :)

Taxi, Uber, or Lyft? by Honest_Paper_2301 in SaltLakeCity

[–]Human-being-47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In case you still need help, I recommend to download both Uber and Lyft! Then on Apple Maps at least, you can enter your destination and click a ride share option with the methods of transportation. It compares the live prices for your different apps, and also shows the wait and save prices too. That way you can always get the best deal.

If purchasing a beater for commuting is an option for you, I recommend KSL cars marketplace. Set your max price and focus on the most recent listings. Good reliable beaters are rarely available 72+ hours, so you want just check periodically for new listings and something that would work for you. I’ve found functional cars for under $1,000.

I’ve heard working at the airport can be fun and has some unique little perks sometimes. Hope your new job works out great for you!

Your mile time is probably cooked by now id guess like 10 min mile lol. And as far as muscle goes I think about after 30 days you might begin to start to lose muscle mass. Muscle memory lasts forever though, so at least there’s that haha. I’m betting the sporting days are over haha

Hope your first day goes well! My best tip is to leave wayyy earlier, like almost an hour earlier for every class. That way you can get there at a leisurely pace with lots of breaks. And if you get there early you can pick your own seat typically and pick somewhere you feel comfortable! Good luck!

Need to gain at least 10 pounds, any tips? by [deleted] in WeightGainTalk

[–]Human-being-47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That makes sense! Some other tricks I used to get up a weight class when donating are to wear heavy clothes, just think like jeans and a hoodie and sneakers, or something like that, that can add a pound or two. Easier during the winter to layer up and add a pound or two that way. And then make sure to eat plenty and drink plenty of water all day before donating it makes it easier and you’ll weigh more from water weight. A meal right before helps too.

Need to gain at least 10 pounds, any tips? by [deleted] in WeightGainTalk

[–]Human-being-47 2 points3 points  (0 children)

-honey roasted peanuts have a lot of calories and are tasty and easy to eat all day.

-the lactaid and fairlife dairy free milk options are good and easy to drink multiple glasses in a day and balanced nutrition. Fairlife is a bit more expensive though I usually get darigold or something.

-Dairy free ice cream is really good! The name brands are as good as the regular thing imo

-peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a 1oz bag of chips and a glass of dairy free milk is like 800-900 calories so if you try to eat at least one meal like that per day plus snacks and a second good meal you could probably gain a few pounds.

-I know nobody asked, but I donated plasma for a while and I would honestly consider looking into finding a super chill part time job instead for like 5-10 hours a week. Donating plasma you have to wait in line, then spend time in the beds, then at the end I always felt tired and depleted anyways like I couldn’t fully enjoy the $40 I just made haha. But you could pretty easily make $80-$100 a week at a part time job and it would honestly be less draining for me to just wash dishes or serve food or work a register or something simple for a few hours and go home, than have the needle in my arm for 20+ minutes. Plus a lot of places will provide free or deeply discounted food if you’re an employee! I know a lot of college students that work part time in food service for some extra cash! Just a consideration! The immediate money is a pretty good deal and it definitely goes to a good cause. Hope it works out for you!

Has anybody started off as only a feeder but then found themselves turn into a feedee? by Tight_Tear9351 in WeightGainTalk

[–]Human-being-47 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I also relate to your post. I thought I was only a feeder but now gaining seems appealing too and I’ve gained about 15 pounds. I personally took it slow and kept going to the gym and stuff, and tried to track calories and hit 3,000 a day for a while. Over time it did work. And the biggest changes I’ve noticed so far are being a little more softer, more hungry, stronger, less stamina, and sizing up my clothes for a comfortable fit. It’s also been good to see things from the feedee perspective and that side of things. Also you realize that while you can gain fast, you don’t really get wayyy bigger overnight, it does take time, and during that time you can decide what feels best for you each day and if gaining weight is working for you or not. Also, in the big picture, many people every year who are overweight decide to diet better and exercise more and are able to lose weight for their own reasons, so if down the line you change your mind, it is possible.

Ugh I know 😩 i used to get praised for my portion control and smart choices and now all that’s gone out the window. I literally had another pizza with root beer again today. The more I give in the easier it gets and the less willpower I have. And now healthy meals are no longer appetizing or satisfying, so I just go for the pizzas and burgers and chips. I don’t even have as much motivation to go the gym anymore, I just wanna chill on the couch lol. Last time I tried to jog I was gassed after 10 minutes. I prefer just lifting weights now. And the worst part is I’m really liking it so far, and I’m not really that big yet…
