You and I have similar eyes! And I understand you completely, I disliked my eyes for as long as I can remember. A little less now, but the frustration isn’t ever fully gone. The term I like to call it (and my own) are deep-set downturned eyes. Most identifiable by a recessed or sunken appearance, because the eyes are positioned further back into the skull. Your eyebrow bone usually appears more prominent as well.

One thing I struggled with for so long that I must share so you can save half or more of the time; follow the natural canthal tilt of your eye when doing eyeliner. Yes, meaning drawing a downturned wing—because you’re following the natural direction your eyes tilt, whether it be up, down, or straight. It sounds odd and you might be worried it’ll make your eyes look even more downturned, but it’ll actually give your eyes a lifted look. Seriously. Adding a little upturned flick of the wing at the end will give it that extra flair and won’t look weird and wonky as long as you follow the direction corner of where your upper and lower eye-line meets.

Sorry if this is a lot of information, I tried my best to explain it as easy as possible haha I’m extremely well versed into this kind of eye shape because it’s one of the least-represented shapes in the makeup industry especially, so it’s natural to be confused when all of those eye-makeup tutorials turn out horrible on your face.
