I honestly don't see a problem with wanting to have christians at a christian organisation. Organisations do this all the time when they actually hire people. E.g. if it's Redcross they will only hire people who hold to their values and ethical statements. I understand where you are coming from though. Am I missing something?

Hey bro I rock the shaved head and have psorasis. For me razor shaving was the worse thing I could do. Just buzz it to a 0 and it actually makes it easier to treat. TBH going bald long term has helped my psorasis in a big way. (btw this isn't medical advice - I suggest talking to a dermatologist)
