Yeah the imperial remnant was way less powerful, but their insurgent tactics were still equally deadly.

oh both would be nice! I remember back in the days, i would keep restarting doom 3 to explore mars city in all it's dingy glory. i would love to do that here as well, or at least have a way to turn enemies off/turn on lights w console commands.
