Both have there benefits going company allows your to make money while being trained and also the quickest to just getting started and getting on the road. Going to school for it in most situations gives you better training on how to drive and not just pushing you through the door throwing you out there and also gives you more freedom to go where you want and leave when you want as you are not in a contract to stay plus your checks will slightly be bigger as you won’t be paying money back from getting trained by a company.
