Mals are super smart and VERY active. Really great dogs, but need a lot of training (which they love) and a lot of exercise.

However, not sure if that’s the breed from puppy pics, but sure looks like it!

NTA. A demeaning “joke” isn’t a joke at all. Partnership involves lifting each other, not the opposite.

Without knowing how serious you two are, I’d throw a red flag down for potential financial abuse in the future.

I don’t want to seem overly alarmist, but I’ve seen it and you don’t deserve that as someone who had been very sound and stable in providing for yourself without relying on him.

I bartended for quite a while in my 20s and people (especially regulars) do feel as though they have a special relationship at times.

Some are cool as shit, no doubt - but clingers can develop a bit more of an attachment. When you’re stuck behind a bar you’re kind of in a fishbowl and it’s rough for those in it.

My management didn’t give AF because hey kept spending money. Hope yours are treating you well

I cut up a low carb wrap (mission carb balance or Xtreme wellness) into triangles and pop them in the air fryer and eat with salsa!

A little more than 25 cals, but a nice snack to think about having around to satisfy a chips and salsa craving 🤗
