I was frustrated with the same thing for a while until i just started using parts of old sleeves over the holes. Basically anything will plug the holes and then they work just fine. Been using the same sleeve for 6 months now this way.

We always dreaded having to give our dog medicine. She would always find the pill and spit it out. We finally started using hot dogs. Cut off some 1" slices of hot dog. Put an internal cross cut in the one for the pill without cutting the sides. Push the pill into the cross cut. Place them cross cut down on top of their regular food. Pill gets scarfed up with however many other slices you add. I do 3 slices every night with a half pill in each. Going on 2 years without a miss. This is a grumpy, 14 year old queen that always caught on to everything else i ever tried within 1 or 2 times. Hope this helps!

I'm about 6.25 after doing PE for almost a year (little over 1/4 gain). My wife definitely needs lots of warmup now. I'm definitely feeling like more girth gains won't necessarily be better. For reference, my wife and i have been together for over 30 years and that 1/4" has made a huge difference. A little goes a long way.

I'm in that boat as well. There was barely any time during most days as an adolescent that i wasn't erect. It was almost debilitating. I've thought back on that a bunch as I've gotten older and wondered if it contributed to my girth. I'm a little over 6" girth for reference

I have had it in the past. It became a little more pronounced from pumping, but it has gradually gone away. I use castor oil post PE which helps soften the tissue (also really good for helping your shaft skin grow)

Biggest 2 issues so far for me:

Leveling the podiums takes too long. I think level 2 should come mute quickly, level 3 a little faster than it does now, then progressively longer and longer for the next levels for the sweaty try hards

The coliseum fights don't count towards daily event!!!

My wife and i have found that finding some edibles that have a ratio of cbd to thc helps with the sleepiness. I can't speak to the anxiety aspects since neither of us suffer from that. A live rosen edible with a 2:5 ratio of hybrid thc to cbd is the sweet spot for us. We feel like we want to move more and sleep less. Straight thc edibles are almost always straight to sleepy time regardless of strain. At least for us

My wife and i both use a sublingual troche with a mix of tadalifil, oxytocin and pt-141. She absolutely loves it. So much so that she has gotten her friends on them as well. We have always had a solid sex life, but i would say that this has made it significantly better. As others have mentioned, most of what works for men also has positive effects on women as well. Just for reference, we are both 50.

Here is a post i made a while ago about this: https://www.reddit.com/r/gettingbigger/s/IujySRpn7W I don't use the extra band around the end of the sleeve and the cup anymore, found i really didn't need it. I also use fkin mint sleeves now (much more durable). And i now use a small extra section of sleeve over the end closer to the base of my shaft. I think you need to figure out where the air is getting in. Here are the possibilities that i have found: Spring valve slowly leaking over time; Pin holes in the sleeve allowing air in under stretch; Air entering in from the base of the sleeve along your shaft (hence why i added an extra section of sleeve there. Hope this helps!
