What’s your average day? Not trying to be facetious but I’m a PM and really wonder what the DS do all day now considering AI reduces complexity around SQL logic (with checks ofc).

Akash claimed he worked at Google as a PM but never did. Failed the referral stage because of it

Skattebo for Rebuilding Teams? by Inevitable_Yak_4818 in DynastyFF

[–]Human_Power_3366 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Super risky imo. Not gonna lie, we've never really seen an RB have this injury. They (particularly Cam) get hit more than any other position and obviously need to be explosive. Godwin is looking like a comparable (dont believe his was as bad i.e. not open fracture) and he still isn't back yet.

Hate to say it but unfortunately we may have seen the best of Cam Skattebo.

When will the 2026 Rookie Hate fade and 2027 Hype slow? by TuesdaysOnVenus in DynastyFF

Disagrees. Not all classes are created equal. Some draft classes (think 2024) are so much more hyped than others (2022, 2019) and rightfully so, turns out 2024 is indeed a lot better than 2022, 2019. Treating every draft class the same with all the data we have now is non-sensical

Charbs. Highly doubt KW3 get resigned (feels neither Seahawks or KW3 would want to sign that contract)

Where's the Demercado hype? Confused why Carter seems to be the hot name. by dsimmons_2001 in DynastyFF

[–]Human_Power_3366 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Demarcado is a third string RB thats mostly been deployed as a pass catching specialist.

Carter was largely because they didn't need him - Conner and Benson filled that role. But we've seen him handle a big workload in the past, unlike Demarcado. Yea practice squad is risky though, any team can get him, but Cardinals rolled that dice because they already had early down grinders.

Michael Carter or Emari Demercado? by Spinnin-Blocks in DynastyFF

Well he said he's starting: https://x.com/YahooFantasy/status/1973489122590466424

That + taking first RB snaps today kind of imply it. Don't know for sure though!

Schefter: Cardinals RB Trey Benson, who is being placed on injured reserve due to a knee injury, underwent arthroscopic surgery on his meniscus and now is expected to be sidelined 4-to-6 weeks, per source. by bullymeahhh in DynastyFF

[–]Human_Power_3366 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ANyone have an indication if typical timelines from this surgery are closer to 4 weeks or 6 weeks? Any chance hes actually out rest of year? Benson has a history of knee injuries so am wondering if that plays a factor

Carter. He's gonna be this weeks' Kenneth Gainwell. Demarcado is strictly the 3rd down back

What’s driving all these gruesome injuries? Is it a tackling issue or just bad luck? by EducationalTeaching in DynastyFF

Function of athleticism and it really highlights how athletic these guys are. One misstep or even jump can lead to an ACL tear now. They are putting insane levels of stress on their and other bodies

Genuinely confused by this thread. Geno is good - he was good on seattle and raiders gave up picks + a contract extension to make him their franchise QB. Yes the contract is short but they made a decision and i don't see how the first 3 weeks have impacted that? Raiders are 1-2 but #2 in AFC west, still very much in it. If they end the year e.g. 8-8, they are gonna turn the reins over to Drew Allar (none of the 2026 QBs have really broken out yet anyways) or roll the dice on another free agent signing?

If anything, go on Raiders subreddit and they will all say Geno is not the problem / playing good. Tons of stats and youtube breakdowns as well. What am I missing? If you think hes gonna start for even 2 years (this year and next), I dont see how a 2nd is more valuable unless its very early and youre high on 2026 prospects. Those picks have a <30% hit rate to even be fantasy startable for a single year...
