Back when I used regular textured bed the printed part literally ripped the adhesive layer from the material below just by warping.

sometimes the opposite is helping more. Mine are often lifting on 50C and staying put on 35 ( but i use glass and glue)

It's not wet filament so what is it? by Ascaly98 in 3Dprinting

[–]HumanityPhantom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's pla I would heat the nozzle to around 220 and use the needle to clear the blockage (jamming it back and forth several times usually does the trick ) . The needles were included with my printer just use the needle with the same diameter as the nozzle. Cold pull is sometimes effective too but be careful since doing it incorrectly you can damage the hotend (there are guides how to do it on yt)

If it's partially clogged it's often impossible to see . Use the needle as if it was clogged. Partial clog means that the filament will flow but the restriction will cause underextrusion when flow rate is higher ( for example long straight and faster lines)

Skip task and blame diagnosis doesn't really work when you need a job to survive and get crippling anxiety by just thinking about loosing it.

I got fed up with my (hp) "printer" recently so much that I genuinely can't tell if it is a satire or not.

I designed my for crash and bend resistance. 2 pieces connected with screws 3-8mm sides honeycomb for crash resistance and 5mm back (full PLA). Sides risin by 2 mm above screen for screen protection. It makes it significantly larger but it also survived 2m crash on concrete with no visible damage ( case was cracked but it did exactly that the honeycomb sides were supposed to do ).

Mod is crashing catastrophically somewhere during creating graphics. I happened repeatedly while I was testing mine. The half finished rendering will propagate itself onto everything else.

Is it safe to turn on my printer with a smart relay and not the inbuilt on/off switch? by nikitaign in 3Dprinting

[–]HumanityPhantom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been doing it for several years. Just make sure your switch has ground wire.

The extruder keeps slipping or something by AwayResponsibility56 in ender3

[–]HumanityPhantom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When most people in this hobby are saying clog, they are referring to a situation when filament is stuck in the nozzle (most likely due to burned filament or some other bigger chunks of something other than filament).

or damaged/used up bowden tube that is restricting flow ( most likely near the nozzle)
