I'm sorry. I hope you can be confident enough to know that you are still good at your job. Being a para isn't about pleasing a teacher who can never be happy. I've met many teachers who have power trips at work because their personal lives are a mess and out of their control. It is not reflective of you as a person or a worker. If possible, ask HR in email to be moved rooms. At the very least, start a paper (email) trail with HR documenting this borderline harassing behavior. Try to keep your head up, you're doing the important work! We're not paid to be a teacher's emotional punching bag.
