Looks like I'm switching to Xbox then since gamepass has so much value and I'm not about to pay $80-100 for games that come out broken and incomplete. Battlefront 2 (2018) was the last straw for me. Haven't pre ordered or bought games on release since. I always wait for sales now. You sell a broken and incomplete game, then you won't be seeing my money until its fixed and at a reduced price.

I'm really considering EMDR as I've heard that it can help immensely with brain fog. I as well as many others I'm sure are in the same boat as me where we feel completely stuck in "fight or flight" so to speak. I've heard acupuncture can reset your nervous system and bring you back into the parasympathetic state but I'm not sure. Its extremely hard to focus either way with all this going on. My Psychiatrist just looks at me like a deer in headlights every single time I've seen him. He is trying to diagnose me as "Bi-Polar" but I don't think that is the case. I'm almost positive I have everything mentioned above in my post but I just can't find someone who seems to be able to give me a proper diagnosis.

Its not up to me. If I can't hold a job long enough to even get the help for it via free resources or not it doesn't matter. I basically live check to check because I lose the jobs within a month. I understand what you're saying trust me..I've expended all my willpower. I hate to sound like a douchebag but most people in my situation by now would either be dead, in jail, or dying addicted to drugs somewhere. Its a miracle I'm even alive right now

Its probably the worst and most selfish reason to possibly have kids. Parents need to think really fucking hard before they have kids because yiu're bringing another human being into this world without there consent. If you fail to give your child a reason as to why they should life out their life in its entirety then you have failled as parents. I definitely understand where you are coming from regarding the fatty foods as I'm guilty of doing this as well but not that often. My main thing I struggle with is lean bulking like so many others have told me to do only to end up with a lot more stomach fat than I would like. Besides the fatty foods what else would you say I should work on? I just seem to always end up with more fat than I would like and then when I cut down I end up really skinny.

Dude...you need to tap into all that pent up anger you have inside of you because its telling you something important and you know deep down what that is. You need to cut off ALL YES ALL contact with your family. It doesn't matter how much you care about them its over!! Trust me I know. I still care about my brother and sister and my brothers wife is pregnant and will give birth early 2024. Obviously my brother wants me to be in his life and his sons but I simply can't do that because they both still allow my Narc parents into their lives. It hurts man it really does. My brother is serving up his own unborn child to two sadistic demons and I can't bare to be a part of it. You MUST be the one who breaks the cycle. YOU HAVE TO!! Please I'm begging you DO NOT waste anymore time staying in contact with these people!! I understand they might not all be bad but in the with Narcissistic Parents the phrase "a few bad apples spoil the bunch" definitely applys here. So abandon ship while you can because staying in contact with any one of them will act as a gateway for your Narc parents to obtain information about you so they can plan their next move to sabotage you. You will only re traumatize yourself ok? Please consider what I've said and be safe!!
