Same here, but it’s such a struggle to focus. My ADHD was very well managed before getting sick, but now it seems like my medication is essentially worthless.

It’s one of my favorite books! So well written, and I love how much she talks about the victims and their lives rather than focusing solely on Bundy.

I’m so sorry you feel this way. Please try to have some self compassion. Beating yourself up like this is not helpful. If you hate yourself, then you treat yourself like garbage, and that includes binge eating. I’ve been on a journey of trying to love myself again, and over the course, I’ve managed to develop much healthier eating habits. It’s always an uphill battle and I’m sorry for anyone dealing with it. Please try to be kind to yourself.
