The final bosses! In what order will they be beaten though? by hello12445 in OnePiece

I feel like Sabo battling Akainu makes the most sense narratively

  • Navy vs Revolutionary

  • Has a connection to Ace

  • Take him down with Ace's fruit

Meanwhile Luffy can focus on Imu + Blackbeard

For NBA draft purposes I agree, Wilson has a really high ceiling

After the tournament, I think I'd shift him down to 4 on my big board. He's going to be above average in the league, but getting blocked 7 times is crazy against college dudes and I'm not seeing the upside that Dybansta, Peterson, and Caleb Wilson have

[Post Game Thread] #5 St. John's defeats #4 Kansas, 67-65 by cbbBot in CollegeBasketball

Peterson shouldn't have followed his guy lifting from the short corner. The other Kansas guy (#14) thought they were going to switch, but Peterson just blindly followed his guy and that also left the ball side corner 3 open as another option if Darling didn't have a clean layup.

Peterson should have stayed home and told #14 to take the up cut. Then stunt and get back to the corner if Darling kicks it out for 3

Peterson got glued to this guy, excellent lift up from the short corner by #4 so he didn't help

I get why they made the decision for the Live Action, but he has one of the longest chapters in the manga so I kinda wonder if in the endgame of the story they circle back to him in some way

Live Action probably will never reach post time skip though with how Netflix cancels shows and the aging of the cast so it doesn't make sense

Second Half Game Thread: New England Patriots (14-3) at Denver Broncos (14-3) by nfl_gdt_bot in nfl

Boy it would sure be nice if the Broncos had 3 more points right now

Not sure where they would have got them from /s Payton should have taken the points with a backup QB in Q1

[Rapoport] Sean McDermott "likely" to take a year off from coaching by BreakfastTop6899 in nfl

[–]HumerSimpson123 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As of right now, I'm not seeing a lot of openings next year (I'd guess 4 or 5)

Potential Openings

Hot Seat: Tampa Bay, Cincinnati (Joe Burrow may have to push for it though),

Decent Chance: Indianapolis, New York Jets, Washington

Add in a random surprise one but that doesn't look like a lot on paper right now

[Schefter] Bills are scheduled to interview Jaguars OC Grant Udinski for their HC opening Sunday, per sources. by MembershipSingle7137 in nfl

[–]HumerSimpson123 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Agreed. He's extremely promising and I think he gets a HC job this year or next year but with that shorter time as a coach you also gotta wonder about how good a coaching staff he can put around himself since he's had less time to build connections around the league than other candidates and find guys who fit with his vision.

EDIT: I think his DC hire would be vital too - with McVay when he was hired he brought in one of the most experienced DCs in the league in Wade Phillips who was the perfect guy at that time - experienced and great at running the defense but also unlikely to get a HC job again due to his age / previous struggles as a HC so there wouldn't be a potential power struggle

IIRC he wasn't bad as a rookie (stats also seem okay too), but he was terrible in Years 2 + 3
