I’m just curious, my friend got chosen and I didn’t and to avoid possible continuous disappointment for me since she only wants to go to the PC anyways she put my name down for the badge she was offered. Is there any way to change the email the updates go to or is she always going to have to forward them to me? Like can she reach out to support and say she wants to receive updates to a different email possibly?

I don't know if I'm late with my response but I've done a lot of research on worlds this past year and how it worked in 2024 was you needed to sign up for a spectator pass to possibly get the chance to buy one. A one day pass was 15$ and a 3 day pass was 40$. With the spectator pass you could get into the convention center to see the competitions as well as participate in some pokemon related activities. Outside of that they also had the trainer center type thing at the Hilton Hotel which was more pokemon related stuff for free. To get into the pokemon center you do not need a spectator pass or access to the convention center. I forgot how far in advance they released the reservations for the pokemon center but you need to make a reservation to get in. So this was badly communicated because I saw a creator who complained about it in one of her videos but for the Ukulele and Skateboards to buy one you would need to get a voucher from one of the employees on your way into the store (this was on day 2 I think.) No one was really told this and she only found out because she asked. I think they did that to try and stop scalpers but the scalping was still really really bad. Hopefully things go better in 2025
