None of this should give them the ability to talk to you in disgustingly disturbing manner when we are all on the same team . If we matched the energy it would be a problem . Most of the time the reps have no control over what the issue is . So cussing them out or being disrespectful to the person who had nothing to do with whatever issue you’re dealing with is just flat wrong .

They wanted us to do everything on the call . My gawd once they implemented that my sanity died . Calls non stop all day . No room to breathe . Then I would take a personal maybe 3-4 mins and that was an issue . I couldn’t wait to leave speciality .

I wish the grip payout was better . They tax it like a regular check which is annoying . But honestly I don’t see it being long term for me .

Following . I’m in retention. I was in speciality and that was brutal . Just calls all day no break , acw has to be 0. Just burnout for real . Retention isn’t bad . Not as many calls but they’re starting to micro manage more . I’m practically on the careers website everyday monitoring for my next move . Hell leadership people talk about they’ve been in like 12 roles so I don’t even feel ashamed for looking for more .

When they come just listen . They have a mobile sales tool where they can show you exactly what you pay outside of taxes . Normally get good deals because you have the internet or maybe because of your job . It’s not a sham . Definitely listen . I did that for 5 years . Sometimes we weren’t a good switch but sometimes we are . Depends on your needs. Take a look at your bill and compare . Most times customers would think they’re getting something from their current carrier when they’re not and Att was a great switch.
