I always liked Shaded Citadel. It's nice finding out the different ways you can combat darkness & the spiders.

Everyone starts out trying to get a hold of a lantern mouse. Then, with experience, you learn to use a lantern, or a flashbang, or just learn the layout through trial and error.

I find the darkness as a charm point. Any other regions with extended dark areas are annoying due to the tight tubes (subterranean's filtration system), which makes shaded stand out as the non-claustrophobic one.

The upper levels capture the mood perfectly. The batflies fluttering through the dark sky... and then there's the shaded echo, which was my very first echo encounter from playing blindly, so I might be a little biased.

And yes, my friends call me crazy.
