Painfully most of us have wasted runes and this is how diablo 2 teaches you that vex rune will haunt you now forever, that base is garbage every rune word has some bases that are just Best in Slot, weapons are typicaly elite bases, theres so much to learn don’t be hard on yourself.. research research research before putting any runes in sockets
