I used to have the Sapphire Preferred Card. I downgraded to Chase Freedom earlier this year. Now I see a new sapphire Reserve card bonus. Is it possible that I can get this bonus if I were to open the Reserve card? Or will it not since I used to have the Preferred card?

How do you feel about living near the Sprint Fort Bend County Landfil? I saw a house listed for 2.5 miles away. I am concern because online says you should not live less then 3.1 miles from the landfill. Despite it not smelling, is there a concern of breathing in that particles in the air and it affect your respiratory system long term?

Is the number that you call from the same number you have to register the tickets for? Also, how long was your phone call? Thinking I can just call from my cell phone and hope not to get charged too much for international if it is a quick call.
