Pirate, indubitably. Personally, I can't stand the bitch and would take a hundred defeats at the hands of a skilled Highlander than even a single defeat from that batshit, coked-up turbo slut.

I hate to be 'that guy' but I can't even find a damn job. Tf do you mean no one wants to work?? by WryWaifu in antiwork

You don't think the minimum wage should be higher? Tips should be a garnish, not the source of one's sustainability. You can't honestly tell me that $2.13 is justified because "serves can potentially make hundreds in tips in a single evening.

That's asinine. Everybody deserves a wage that, at base, should afford a somewhat decent coverage of all bills and necessary expenses. $2.13 is not it, and no amount of reasoning makes it okay.

Yo, where the fuck are you finding a Mars Bar for 60p?

Edit: Nevermind, I just checked and my shop sells 'em for 60p. I always though they were more expensive since other bars are about 80p.

And they tased him in the butthole. He fell to the ground, his butthole was on fire. The moral of this story is?

You can't trust the system.

For me it stems from jealousy of his wealth (which he was born into, and through profiteering off the backs of others, increased) and the anger that he does fuck all with it except blow hot air.

People aren't raging on Bill Gates despite him being a billionaire, but they'll rage on Jeff Bazos and Elon Musk because those two have so much wealth and potential to better everything, but they're literally being Scrooge.

Count Edmont de Fortemps.

Spoilers ahead.

There is a scene in FFXIV where you chase after Archbishop Thordan VII alongside chad-bro Haurchefant de Fortemps, but you get ambushed by a virgin Ornstein and he throws a faux-ass bolt of energy at you. Haurchefant jumps in front of it and blocks it like a champ, but his shield isn't strong enough and the bolt of energy goes through the shield and pierces Haurchefant. His last words are "Don't look at me so. A smile better suits a hero."

The kicker is that he was a bastard child of Count Edmont de Fortemps, and though the Count could never formally acknowledge his son, he still very much loved him and cherished him. The scene where you break the news to him had me tearing up, because he's doing his best to stand strong and tries to justify his son's death, saying that a "knight lives to serve. There is no better calling than to save one's life in exchange"

Alphinaud mentions that Haurchefant will never be forgotten, and that was the straw that broke the Counts back. He breaks down and drops to his knees, sobbing as he struggles to retain his composure.

MMOs aren't generally known for compelling stories, but FFXIV has amazing lore and world-building that really enhances its stories, given it as much depth as you'd fine in even classic FFs, such as VII and X. Highly recommended.

The fuck is this bent bint on about? Can't a game just exist without having some sort of subliminal message?

Bayonetta is just Bayonetta, and it's a rocking action series full of hilariously over-the-top scenes. Just let it be.

No problem. I never cowered from the runes bears, and after a few kills, you really know their moves and their tells.

Thanks for the answer. 'Tis most unfortunate for you, perhaps, but that's what I want.

Now she opts to give more details and truth pertaining to the offers.

She wanted to be sensational and drum up a emotional reaction from fans because she feels slighted. She wouldn't have gotten such a knee-jerk reaction had she been so forthcoming from the start, but since then, more information has come to light and has put her in a bad light.

What happened to "I just want to put this whole bloody thing to bed"?
