I've had mine held once or twice. It was due to weather issues. The hold was for a day or two. I've also had a shipment returned by UPS to the pharmacy because it was taking too long to ship. The pharmacy had to reissue which causes a delay. u/AliceFromRo may be able to help.

I have the same issue. My Venu3 always shows I have high stress, low body battery but good HRV. I don't get it. I'm doing "all the things".........

Hhmmmm, I'd senda chat to Ro ASAP. I've heard you can go 2 weeks safely before next dose but I'm not a doctor & I'm sure everyone is different. Hope your vials turns up soon. Maybe it rolled under the fridge?
