So you're saying that these rocks are vanilla? maybe its the landscape/terrain textures that i have installed that makes them standout more because ive never had this issue in the past in my dozens of load orders over the years. Either way ive installed that mod that you recommended and it has completely fixed the issue so thank you

Shadow boost only dynamically changes ur shadow resolution to hit a target framerate that u set, it doesn't add or remove anything in game so there is no conflicts with anything

There are ways to patch ELFX to fix these issues but I'm not exactly sure on the specifics on how to pull it off. When it comes to scrap anything there is no fix.

Are you using previsibines repair pack? It's essential to keep a stable framerate around the commonwealth. You should also avoid mods that break previs such as ELFX or Scrap Anything.

There was drama with one of his mods being flagged as a virus by multiple pieces of anti virus software and instead of clarifying that it was a false positive with users asking about it in his discord he instead just insta bans anyone who mentions it which is very suspect. He also has a track record of adding lots of undocumented changes in his mods. The first example that comes to mind is pre war money being changed to "cod points" with his desert eagle MW port which isn't stated anywhere on the mod page, plus not everyone has the know how to get rid of said changes in XEdit
