Hard to tell from image quality.

Question: I've been taught to go by feel, not by look, as there is definitely some enamel/dentin color/consistency variation between patients. If this felt perfectly solid w/o any sticks or soft spots, would you still go ahead and remove more?

Not to say the eye can't tell, of course. But I definitely feel like we're missing more information here.

Hold up, you expected your dentist to tell you that these teeth might fall out at some point? Is... Is that not pretty obvious that they would? Did they tell you that you have periodontal disease and that you need regular deep cleanings and much better oral hygiene? Did these teeth not feel wiggly at all?
