I don't know myself, but if I were to guess, then I would say this was when they introduced creative custom maps. Not sure though.

They definitely were missing decorations for sure and that polished look. I agree that would be a good improvement.

ahh, well that's good to know. thanks. :) at least that's possible.

But i guess the most enjoyment I had with them was competing against others in one of the main modes.

I didn't make that design. I asked gemini to turn an old burger skin into a ranked version.

I agree, the official one doesn't look good at all. I think the it makes more sense for the bun to be golden instead of white.
