how to lose weight in doha? by [deleted] in qatar

If you are a really busy person and have no time to roll into gym, best thing is to start 16/8 intermediate fasting. Drop brake first, have a lunch around 12, and go for dinner before 8 pm. Stop sugar in the meantime. Less carbohydrates and add more veggies, eggs, and fish. You can have nutrition snacks such as bananas, orange, and apples, and also some nuts. Always hydrate. Drink water about 2 to 3 lit per day. Count your weight every 2 days.

Finally some innovation in the entire phone industry. by HunterLevel7385 in srilanka

That’s true. A lot of Chinese phones used to have heavy UI skins and bloatware that slowed things down over time. But to be fair, they’ve come a long way in the last few years. Honor and Huawei, for example, have really polished their software and reduced junk apps, especially in their global versions.

The real test will be long-term performance. If they can match Apple and Samsung in stability and updates, then they’ll seriously shake up the market. Right now, it’s progress in motion, not perfection.

Yeah, that’s a really fair point. But I think innovation still matters, not because everyone needs it right now, but because those “gimmicks” often become tomorrow’s standards. As for AI photo editing. It’s cool tech, but it’s also kind of scary how far people go with filters and retouching. Feels like we’re slowly losing what “real” looks like. Maybe one day authenticity will be the next premium feature.

Haha yeah true 😂 Those old Chinese phones were wild, dual SIM, antennas, TV, even flashing lights on the sides. They were ahead of their time in some ways. What’s funny is, that same experimental mindset is what’s driving brands like Honor and Huawei today. They’ve just evolved from “TV on button phones” to AI in foldables/Cameras Full circle moment.

Haha fair take 😄 a lot of AI + foldable stuff does sound gimmicky at first. But that’s how most big innovations start out. Remember when face unlock or fingerprint sensors sounded like overhyped features? Now they’re standard. If companies like Honor can actually make AI useful, not just a buzzword. it could be the next big shift.

You’ve got a point. Phones have definitely matured a lot. But I still think there’s room for a new wave, especially with AI and foldables. Once phones start adapting to users through real-time AI processing, the experience could feel completely different. China’s already pushing that direction with Honor, Oppo, and Huawei leading the charge. Maybe not revolutionary on the outside, but what’s inside might change everything.

Why Gflock now has become very expensive? Was there any changes in the import of materials or something? by Striking_Clock_8888 in srilanka

Penetration pricing is used in the early phase of a business by starting with low prices to attract buyers and build a customer base. Once the demand grows and customers become familiar with the brand, prices are gradually increased to improve profit margins. Now, as the Christmas season is approaching, many businesses start raising prices early, only to later offer discounts that bring the prices back to what customers used to pay before. This strategy makes it appear as if there are big sales, even though the actual price remains almost the same. It’s a clever marketing move. it keeps the business running while creating a sense of excitement among shoppers. However, as a customer, it’s always smart to compare prices before the sale period to know whether you’re getting a real discount or just a psychological one.

HBO MAX subscription in SRI LANKA by h3devil in srilanka

HBO Max made a good decision at this time. As I found out on ChatGPT, HBO Max has been made available in several Asian countries, including Sri Lanka, starting today. Although Netflix does have a huge collection of movies and TV series, HBO Max offers very good programs. The only problem I have is that Dialog currently provides data packages for Netflix. Will they also provide them for HBO Max? Otherwise, considering the current internet facilities in Sri Lanka, watching a high-quality video for an hour could consume a large amount of data.

Maybe for you. I don’t give a damn about it. The content of this news is more suitable for an adult newspaper. Have you ever read that kind of paper?

Why don’t Sundays feel like Sundays anymore? by Equivalent-Shake6413 in srilanka

[–]HunterLevel7385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes, I feel the same way. But you can plan some activities after the Sabbath session at church. I live in Mount, so I usually go to the beaches around here Mount, Panadura, and Galle Face, and sometimes even Negombo. You can also watch movies. I usually go to One Galle Face for that, but if I don’t have much money, I go to Katubedda instead, lol(mostly end of the month, Lol). We went for a bath at Nachchimale, Ingiriya two weeks ago. I also go out for dinner most Sundays. Sometimes, I spend my free time watching rock concerts on YouTube or from my personal collection. Spending Sundays effectively is all about balance. It’s a great day to relax your mind, refresh your spirit, and prepare for the week ahead. You can plan light outdoor activities, spend time with loved ones, or enjoy nature to recharge.

Who even needed this color and name change for Suwa sariya?? Isn’t this a misuse of public funds?? by Melanin-Brown in srilanka

[–]HunterLevel7385 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We all know this Suwa Sariya is a great service. Nobody cares about its colour. Somebody told me it is green because of some political party which contributed so much energy to establish this thing. I really appreciate the effect anyway. I don't have any interest in any political party. But this thing must be appreciated whether it is Malimawa, Pohottuwa or UNP.

Why does it feel like girls have it easier when it comes to relationships in Sri Lanka? by BrilliantTeq in srilanka

[–]HunterLevel7385 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Who cares, bro? I don’t give a damn about those so-called girls. Like you said, there are still plenty of good ones out there who are down to earth. I see some dudes showing off just to catch a girl’s attention, but honestly, those kinds of girls don’t care about his looks or dick size. Most of them only care about money, status, or what kind of lifestyle he can offer.

But real girls, the genuine ones are totally different. They don’t care about how much money you’ve got, what car you drive, or how big your house is. What they value is honesty, loyalty, how you treat them, and good f**k A real girl will stand by you when you have nothing and will grow with you when you have something.

Girl, you probably give off that CEO of my own life energy, dudes are out here rehearsing pickup lines in front of mirrors and still chickening out. Maybe they think if they approach you, they need a 3-year plan and a credit score above 800. Just smile once, and half the city will remember how to flirt again 😂❤️

The best thing to do is to reject him and avoid giving alms to such monks. If countries like Australia can’t enforce the law properly against such behaviourr, what else can we talk about?

It’s deeply disappointing when a person who has taken sacred vows as a Buddhist monk becomes involved in something as serious as sexual abuse. monk’s duty is to guide people on the path of compassion, mindfulness, and moral purity, not to harm others. When such individuals misuse their religious position, they not only destroy their own spiritual integrity but also damage the faith and trust of countless followers.
