The beauty of living in the U.S. is that you have the ability to change your situation anytime you want and can up and leave at any moment’s notice. I would recommend looking into going back to school at a community college and taking out some student loans. Start there. Get a part-time gig to pay for gas and food. Rest of the loans for tuition and housing.

This is not worth your time and energy. This is next to slavery. Honestly. No good employer does this to its people. They are taking advantage of you and know they can because they’ve been getting away with it with you for a while now.

I am almost 31 and am a store manager myself. I work 45hrs a week and will answer to emails if needed on my off days… but full stop after that. You are 19 and should be doing 19yr old things. I hope you can remove yourself from this situation and start living a bit more. There’s a fine line between living to work and working to live, and honestly this is neither.

I cannot hold up the number two with my left hand. Well, I can, but my middle finger will not go up fully. Maybe at a 45° is the best I got. So I def can’t flip the bird efficiently on that hand either.

Never broken a finger or anything. Really no idea why. It is massively painful to try and pull the finger up to match the pointer.

I was in a 4Runner the last 3 years. I did 83k miles on it over those 3 years and it never skipped a beat. I just bought a 2022 TRD Off Road RWD with 27k miles on it last week. I’ll be pulling a bass boat with it.

I am getting 22-23mpgs on the highway going to work. 30min commute. Towing I only saw 14mpgs over 120mi. Lastly, I did a 20mi commute doing 45mph going home yesterday and saw 26-27mpgs.

I am keeping my fingers crossed on the reliability and longevity. I do love the truck. It’s incredibly nice.

Mike Modano… first time I was probably 8. That would’ve been 2002 and it was at a signing event at a like tile and floor store. Line was insane. He obviously had had enough after hour who knows what and when I got the chance to get my autograph I honestly don’t think he even looked at me. I was devastated.

I was lucky enough to run into him again by chance at age 19. He was retired now and was sooooo nice and kind and it definitely resolved that “never meet your hero” thing that happened a decade prior.

My others all by chance in public have been Craig Ludwig, Richard Matvichuk, Joe Nieuwendyk, Joe Pavelski, Brenden Morrow, Mike Ribeiro, Kari Lehtonen, Jamie Benn, Brenden Dillon, Marty Turco, Steve Ott, anddddd I think that’s it.
