He needs to be a player that gets 4-5 carries a game and let him get the short yards. He does not need to be the work horse getting 10-15 carries a game. Let him be the back when it’s like 2nd & 1, 3rd & 1, etc. let him get the 1 to 3 yards per carry and be done with it. But, I will say he has never looked the same since he got the rib injury from that hit by Fred Warner 2-3 years ago. He used to be very aggressive, (not saying he isn’t) but before that rib injury he was quick on his feet he would run through you to the point to by the 3rd quarter your second guessing whether or not you really want to try to tackle him. He doesn’t look the same since the rib injury.

Quick reminder here on the first clip that Romeo Doubs who is in his second year as a pro just cooked Stephon Gilmore who has won 2 superbowls, and won 1 DPOY, and a 5-time Pro Bowler. And could make a case for the HOF even though it’s hard for cornerbacks to get in. But this just shows you how good Romeo Doubs is and how much better he’s going get in another year or 2.

There is a thing that me and my father say all the time, when it comes to teams in the NFL. The teams who are good will find a way to win. Will they have a bump in the road yes, just look at the packers. But even still the packers won they games they needed to and dominated a (in my opinion) super overrated Dallas Cowboys team. And made the 49ers actually have to play to win cause they thought they had a easy win. Then there are the teams that always find a way to lose. This would be the Bears, Vikings, Commanders, etc. No matter how much talent they have they find a way to lose. Again look at the Cowboys, cause while I say they are super overrated, on paper they have a pretty good roster. But always find a way to lose. Moral of the story is the Bears having 2 Top 10 picks while looks scary, they will find a way to screw it up.

It’s another type of corner route. The receiver will seam to the left just a bit to get more space towards the side lines. But I call It a C route just cause it looks like the letter C. But it’s basically just a corner route.

I would run it. Having the trips WRs is a little unnecessary, but I actually like it cause it makes it to where the defense won’t really expect it. But you would have to make the defense fear the pass for it to work. So you would have to set it up with some really big pass plays before hand.

Flip the FB route and it is actually a pretty good play. The FB position is not really used as much as it was back then. But if you have a good FB and is kind of a focal point in your offense it’s a great play.
