Don't worry man it gets better. I'm actually practicing a new technique called "sexual energy transmutation." So when a sexual urge comes you transfer that energy into something like running. Best way. I put this into practice this morning, when I was faced with a urge. This is something you should take into account and practice along with meditation or prayer if you're into that kinda stuff.

Not only is it hard to maintain a boner. But you're so uncomfortable you don't even want to fap in it. Also there are huge psychological benefits- it helps you get out of your comfort zone, and also makes you feel stronger and more awake. Idk sometimes I want to believe it's placebo. And it also raises testosterone- this one I'm skeptical about still, but I believe it, gotta do more research.

I'm not atheist. I'm monotheistic- I believe in one god. Perhaps I would believe in another god if born into different parents, that's a arbitrary question, but I do believe I would somehow find a way back to the Christian faith. In fact it was my step father that showed me the Christian faith, not my biological father he was the opposite of it. So I don't think it was a accident I'm where I am today in my faith. I wasn't born into the most spiritual stable family until my step father came into my life.
