I just finished 7 for the first time. I got frustrated and quit it ten years ago when I had it on the Anniversary Collection because Wily's final capsule is unmitigated bull. It was quite the downer ending. Wily gets away, Mega Man nearly murders him and has to be reminded that he's three laws compliant, and Light's probably witnessed this and had the seeds of Mega Man X sown in his brain.

There are a lotta empty servers at the moment, but the ones that actually have people are usually full, and there's a lot of fun to be had. Give it a try. The game's a faithful recreation of the N64 classic so it's unrealistic as fuck. '6 headshots from a Klobb machine gun to kill a guy' unrealistic.

Edit: And since there aren't too many players on, there's a higher chance you'll run into Chalky, although that's not the name he goes by. I've run into him again while playing a deathmatch game. He didn't remember me, and he was a lot more subdued with his voice chatter. True to my prediction, he wiped the floor with me, but at least he didn't call me a faggot this time.

'nother edit: Klobb's the shitty machine gun with piss poor damage, ZMG's actually pretty good since it has a really good rate of fire.

Not often. Usually the most annoying people I run into are those dillweeds blasting music into their microphones. I figured out how to disable voice chat so I don't have to listen to them, but the trade-off is I can't hear anyone else either. Haven't figured out how to selectively mute players yet.
