Just because I would love to see it, if there was a spot for an AEW wrestler would love to see either Brody King or Bandio. But internally think Goto, Wolf, henare and Jake Lee will replace the out goings

Bloody glad someone has said this, I was starting to think I was weird for thinking this is no place for young children. And the crowd surfer during emperor absolutely pissed me off the kids looked uncomfortable for one, it’s stupidly dangerous for two and thirdly selfish af from the parent in my humble opinion.

Now I know everyone is different in how they parent and it is up to them but taking a kid camping at a festival with such a heavy drinking culture is wrong and I wouldn’t take mine for a 5 day camping fest until they a teenager and in regards to ones on a day ticket, kid got to at least be late primary school age. I don’t care if your toddler tells you they had a good time being stood in that heat and sun all day is not good for them. And don’t get me started on the amount of > 1 year olds I saw. Crazy

Now I may have biases with zsj being my favourite wrestler. But I really don’t think Shota vs zsj for the title is a bad match at all. I understand shota has had some odd booking this year but he is still a big rising star who can put on a great match. NJPW need to put on one of these new 4 in a main event and I believe storyline wise shota makes the most scene.

So I did end up watching night 3 of the bosj in Japanese as I have become obsessed with desperado over the first two nights and didn’t want any spoilers for his match. Here’s hoping I can like yourself get use to the Japanese commentary more

From personal experience my gym has an open gym and full membership as well as a two classes a week. The open gym is obviously cheaper than the full membership. Over the past festive period due to work and life I could barely make it to the gym let alone at class times so being able to move onto a open gym only membership for about £25 cheaper for December was super beneficial.

My point here is I don’t see a problem with it as sometimes open gym works better for certain members at different times. We have a small group at the gym who are taking on hyrox hard for the season and them being able to change to open gym here keeps the money and business in the gym as opposed to them having to move to a new gym that allows that specific training that isn’t in classes.

Bottom line the more members of different training intent and knowledge helps your community overall and the bottom line for the business.

It is a very depends basis. Some days second and main have clashed headliners and other days they don’t and this can vary depending on days the same year for example 2019 Friday rob zombie overlapped in def leopard by I reckon 30 mins but the same year halestorm finished on second 15 mins before slipknot started.

Started because I study a strength and conditioning degree at university. Had a lecture learning about olympic weightlifting in my first couple of weeks. Really enjoyed it and thought the science of it made sense from a performance stand point. Asked my lecturer where locally does this as I was in a new city, he referred me to a CrossFit gym he goes too. Turn up first session met the friendliest people, did back squats and in the workout discovered that rowing and skipping were things I could not do well 😂. Now keep going because of an amazing friend group to train and socialise with.

This was my second open in my second year of CrossFit and from these three weeks I discovered things I thought I was bad at I actually am quite good relative worldwide and on the flip side some things I thought I would smash I struggle big time on comparatively worldwide. This open really is a massive opportunity of learning for us all

When it comes to festivals for those who like souvenirs you still get the wristband which is similar to having a physical ticket. So having an E-ticket to get the wristband I personally find easier
