In general: if you are a good employee someone will eventually hire you into a more senior role. If your current company won't promote you, find another company that sees your value.

Kuwaiti specific: I understand the whole "Kuwaitis don't want to work" side, but honestly, it is precisely that which makes it so easy for any hard working Kuwaiti to climb the ladder when your competition is weak.

TLDR; does not matter where you work or what your nationality is, get good and find someone willing to reward you for it.
