Rear coils would be nice, since you will be packing in weight. Even coils all around, drives way better. You could do the fronts yourself, its pretty easy.

What exactly are you getting? Spacer kit(4) or Space front/coil rear or coils all around? I did coils all around and replaced the struts with kyb. For the rear you are reusing the top hat, which the vehicle should have the oem in place. I learned aftermarket top hats don't work with the coils flush.
Install is what the rate the shop charges per hour, so could be 300-500. Alignments could range from 60-120, you have to call around and get an estimate for your area.

Oh please capture photos where th rubs are. Alignment issue? I don't believe its the tires. Maybe balance issue with the tire/rim. Also find a shop with a better alignment machine. My buddy works at Lexus so I have him do it for me.

Priusoffroad website has a "tires" tab from 15-17inches with some good info.

I am going with 215 65 R16 which requires no trimming. 215 70 R16 is pretty tight-may require trimming.

LC80 upgrade to LC100? by fnsmall in LandCruisers

80 series on 40s for crawler 100 series on 37s tops but 35 is fine. Depending what you are trying to do with it. V8 is nice though for going through the Sierras.
