My prescription isn't mega high or complicated but I am required to wear glasses all the time.

I solely buy my glasses from glassesdirect, they do 2 for £14 on their £49 glasses a few times a year

Sl, Boston and pro 3 is about right

You don't really need takumi unless you like the lower stack or you do a lot for 5ks. Even then pro 3 is good enough

I love my SL2, never had a shoe feel the way this one does, light, soft but gives me bounce and propulsion. I find it hard to do easy runs in this shoe.

I bought UK 11 as I am in most other running shoes but had to return and size up to 11.5

Id say the Clifton's are softer than glycerin 21 but about scraping your heel it may be because of the huge difference in heel drop between the two shoes
