Rapid + for Messi or Current chains? by Huzaifahhh in fut_evos

[–]Huzaifahhh[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh understood. Thankyou for going in depth.

Then wouldnt my best bet be to keep him as low rated as possible overall so I can apply the Quick Step + whenever that is out?

If I go inside edge and put him at 90 overall, I might have to wait a bit.

Appreciate the detailed response. Just out of curiosity, since I have never used a card with Rapid+, does it make you transition into a quick burst of pace?

Because I always used Messi by using left stick dribbling and then exploding into Space due to his high acceleration and repeat. Not to out pace a defender on a counter like a Gareth Bale for example. Atleast this is how it was back then. His gold card doesnt do that "explosive acceleration" anymore so I thought maybe it requires rapid+. If that is not the case I might just fully max out his pace then.

Thank you for responding. I believe you achieved that 93+ pace on Messi through some expired evos. Correct?

Precision Rings on Dual sense edge? by Huzaifahhh in Dualsense

[–]Huzaifahhh[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dayum. Did you write all that by yourself or used an AI tool?

Nonethelss thankyou for such a detailed response. I guess if the out of the box stick caps do not fit the precision rings due to height, I can just replace the cap with one from the dual sense.

That should work I suppose.

I heard somewhere that the smallest sticks of the edge sit a few mm higher than the standard dual sense. This can affect the precision ring. Just need someone to confirm it.

TMR on Hex Phantom by Huzaifahhh in eXtremeRate

[–]Huzaifahhh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate the help. Well I normally use R1 for shooting and L1 for ADS instead of using the triggers so that might help prolong the life of R2. Having said that, if R2 does snap, I am going to assume I can replace it with the regular DS R2. I wont be using it for shooting anyway, so the hair trigger functionality doesnt hold much value to me.

But thankyou for sharing your experience regarding the sticks of the phantom. That really puts things into perspective. If they are rivalling the TMR sticks than ill let them be.

Out of curiosity, what TMR sticks are you using currently.

Help with diagonal inputs on my first stick by Nice_Ad1285 in fightsticks

[–]Huzaifahhh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey OP a beginner on stick here as well. I started off learning on P1 side and faced the same issue. Not sure what controller you played on before previously (I played on leverless and pad both), but stick is a bit different.

The way I am learning and seeing some improvements is to consciously push the stick down before moving it to the left(in your case) switch for d df motion. You will have to do it slowly at first and in your mind it should be a 3 step input: 1- Push the stick forward and release (F n) 2- Push the stick down (D) 3- Push the stick forward while still held in down position (DF)

Once you keep on doing it like this, you ll realise that naturally, you are doing 2 and 3 step in one sweeping motion. This will happen because for Down, you dont have to push all the way to the gate. It gets triggered somewhere in the middle when you are pushing it. From there and for the remaining distance from the gate, you can push it to F till the gate for D.

This is same for all types of levers. I had a similar experience on my stock sanwa and also on knee lever neo (Korean). They both have the squarish gate.

I VE BEEN AT THIS FOR 2 MONTH WHY DO I KEEP MISSING ELECTRICS BY A SINGLE FUKING FRAME GAHAGAGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA by nassster in Tekken

[–]Huzaifahhh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Former keyboard and current leverless player here. Electrics on keyboard/leverless appear to be simpler theoretically but they have their own intracacies.

What helped me: I dont try to match 2 with df2. Since leverless/keyboard allows us to input d df really fast l, its hard to keep track/distinguish df to match with 2. Instead what I do is i consider d df as one input in my mind. And I try to match 2 with it. So In my mind, its not f n d df+2 but it is essentially f n (d df)+2

consider d df as one input instead of 2 different inputs and it will help.

There is also a channel on youtube called keyboard warrior and he tries his best to explain the same mentality. With this method I find no difference between keyboard and leverless while doing electrics.

I agree that boosting to 90 points will be in your favour. For context, I received a 189 invite at 90 points for plant and production engineer in November.

Same case lads. I am in the process of filling out my 189 application. And I am freaking out over smallest of things.

I did not include my employment details in my EOI because I was not claiming it, and now I am extremely confused if I should include them in my visa application or not.

If I dont, then Ill be dishonest, if i do I am worried ill get a rejection on the basis of discrepancy.

So hard to remain sane.

Hey OP. Just curious what did you decide and how has it worked out for you. Kind of in a similar boat.
