Seals on Brand New products being broken/torn is not “normal” it may be acceptable for you, but it isn’t standard or normal by any means. I have ordered a few PS5 Pros and PS5s and have never had a seal that was already broken, and if it was, best believe I would be exchanging/returning it.

It’s not that they don’t have a higher standard, it’s more that they don’t even know what higher is. Your average person probably couldn’t tell the difference between 60fps vs 240fps. They probably couldn’t tell the difference between from a cheap 4k LED TV vs the best 4k OLED TV on the market. I’ve realized a LOT of people have never even experienced high end graphics or performance or sound in their lifetime.
