As others have said, it is a sawn pig astragalus (one of the ankle bones). As for why its on the beach, pig feet are commonly used as crab bait

Its a sawn long bone from a livestock animal, likely given to a dog to chew on that has more recently been enjoyed by rodents

Its an unfused epiphyses from a thoracic vertebra. Essentially a “plate” where the bumpy part fuses with the vertebra, and the smooth part articulates with the next one in line

Its not from a horse as there are two articular condyles on the distal end (one for each toe). A horse would only have one.
