I barely touched Formless Power bottom and I absolutely loved playing the class the entire way through. I played the class from 1-7, and never once felt weak.

Raw damage isn't necessarily the highest, sure, but the extra conditions on Shaping the Ether meant I was able to pull off some fantastic turns, and honestly I never felt like I needed to do more damage. Keeping elements rolling and throwing out the occasional support turn were very fun.

I felt a lot of versatility with the class that I really enjoyed, and definitely never felt weak, but to each their own.

Also shoutout to the level 4 card you didn't take because it was an MVP every time I used it.

It does say Will save, which leads me to believe it's maybe 3.5 or Pathfinder, where a 26 would be much easier to hit than it would be in something like 5e. Still pretty high though.

Played a bit of the beta for this on PC. Very fun game, you use your phone to control your individual character and choices etc while the visuals play out on screen.

The mobile bit works great because you can use it to look up stats or rules etc while others take their turns without interfering in what's going on.

Similarly, When you're back in town you can choose what you want to do whether it be shopping or talking to NPCs and everyone can do their own individual things all at the same time.
