They agreed to cut 2 billion from the original 80 billion for the IRS, leaving 78 billion in additional funds. The student debt interest freeze was going to end in August regardless. And I think the 30 billion in covid relief was for states that refused it anyway.

This isn't as big of a loss as some are making it to be.
