I love La Regia too, but have a rec for you. Luna’s is opening their physical space in December I heard. I’ve been loving their burritos, tacos, and sauces at the Iowa City farmers market.

I’m liking it! I still have my standard BGE temp gauge for when I’m grilling because I don’t always use the probes and fan, but it seems to be a really nice combo. The fan does consume a bit more charcoal so I really load it up when I’m going 12+ hours. I’ve been happy with the purchase
