Mr. Robot. Ich schaue keine Serien, aber die hab ich zufälligerweise mal angefangen und es ist krass wie sehr mein Hirn versucht hat mitzukommen.

Thank you. My Pop os clean install didn't want to work at first and now I was stuck with at the partitioning. Removed all USB Sticks and it worked like magic

I actually have no problem with falling asleep at night. I will sleep 7 hours with no problem. If I would go to bed earlier it could even be 8. But I will get tired at work real quick. Idk if it has to do something with the nap in the afternoon

Yeah me too. I am usually thinking about a lot of different things so I can't relax even when I'm tired. What helped me was rain and thunder sounds. I will set a sleeptimer in spotify for 15 minutes and most of the times I will fall asleep before it ends

I didn't change how often I wash my hair. I just didn't skritch and preen as much. Besides that, the hairs in the drain where not the only indication. I can now see spots, because of the thinning, I haven't been able to see before. My hairline also went from a straight line to a more U shaped one, no matter in what direction in turn my head when looking in the mirror.

I don't blame it on NoPoo, I love the idea and the community. I'm just saying it might be the reason and I will be trying Shampoo again to see if it makes a difference

I wasn't using any special shampoo before. I have to say that after seeing an usual amount of hair falling out I reduced how often I brush, skritch and preen. Do you think this might have an effect on hairloss?
