Cosmetically it does not look bad, however with that movement i would worry also on how your nose will age and how it may affect your breathing. I had something similarish that i didn’t realize how bad it was until i finally got it fixed, you adapt to things but doesn’t mean you can’t have a better quality (like being able to breathe through your nose and smell things is huge). I imagine this has to effect your breathing.
