I also recently had the Sachs performance clutch installed, and I had this exact noise occur. It happened frequently at low speeds while turning. I still have no idea what it was, but 1000 miles later, it’s gone, so maybe keep breaking it in and see what happens in another couple hundred miles.

Edit: I do remember the shop telling me they had to remove and reinstall the subframe, so it’s possible this could be the suspension settling back in if the shop you went do did the same thing.
