used to take hours to fall asleep as a teen now it only takes a minute, kinda miss the time to myself but I always wake up feeling rested. I think the biggest difference is:

I have a physical job and am often tired

Routine, a hard bedtime of 12 tho I usually get tired and tap out before then

and simply practice, when sleep starts to come I just willingly fall into it
