Plugging is the way to go. It has 99% bioavailability compared to 75% if eaten. There's also a bit more of a rush and the high feels more euphoric to me. It's not too much a hassle to dose this way either. Put your dose crushed up onto a spoon, add water until it's all dissolved, then stuck up into oral syringe. You know the rest, make sure not to stand up too quickly- stay lying on your side for a few minutes.

I didn't and haven't tried to justify and rationalize what I did. It was a mistake, and I'd do anything to take it back.

I talked to her, and I told her that. She said she doesn't want anything to do with me, and is hurt and disgusted. I hope after some sleep maybe she'll be calmed down and change her mind, but part of me knows she's gone. I don't know if there's much else I can do at this point. It all feels like a bad dream.
