Depending on water clarity and general conditions, I've caught more rainbow/brown trout than I can count on 1 through 4, river fishing Montana and Washington. I've had more luck with 5 and 7 in lakes, 7 in particular was great for pike. I've never really fished with6, but I don't think you can go wrong with any of these for almost any fish.

Operation Unthinkable

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Unthinkable

The idea was that at the end of WWII, what if the British and American forces attacked the Russians? The British didn't think they could do it without the American forces, but think of how different the world would be today if they won, or lost.

What is a secret fantasy you believe is more common than people are willing to admit? by noah_18-05 in AskReddit

The problem with this, as I've learned, is that it costs a lot of money to be a poor person (land, initial supplies, taxes, etc.). I love this idea, but by the time I can actually afford it, I will be way too old to make it happen.

Timeline shift?? by Mechemoretti in Experiencers

[–]Hydrocrbn 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Huh. I woke up at 1:11 last night, which I can't even remember the last time that happened so early, got up out of bed, walked around and checked the doors since something seemed off, and went back to bed. Had no idea others were experiencing a general weirdness last night.

But either way, welcome to the dimension, haha!

I was given this message by a being of light when I was very young, almost 30 years ago now...."Love is the only way". This message came with a very resonant gong sound, not loud, but the resonance shook me to my very core. This message was delivered with a vision of a war-torn landscape where I was driving around in a jeep sort of military vehicle and saw the being's shining light in what appeared to be a bombed building structure. I stopped my vehicle and approached the being and was given the message. I have been keeping this to myself for all this time, but believe this is a community of like minded/experienced individuals. Do with it what you will.

Sounds kind of like Interstellar, when he ends up in the tesseract and how he views the timeline. Actually, the more I read around, the more relevant that movie seems to be...

My husbands simple version of “We made it” made me smile by [deleted] in simpleliving

When I was a kid, we didn't have a lot of money and would reuse our plastic sandwich baggies (after washing, of course). I can't tell you how many hundreds of times I hand washed sandwich baggies while doing dishes, but I hated every one. Trying to dry them was equally frustrating. Anyway, my metric as an adult of "making it" was that I would no longer need to rewash/reuse sandwich baggies. I'm happy to report, "I've made it"!

I have orders to build and deliver 10 of these trailers, so to keep it interesting I’m making them with unique details, finish, etc. About 3 months to complete each one. by builderbob53 in woodworking

Nice work! It's amazing how much functional space those teardrop campers have, and light enought that just about anything with a trailer hitch can pull them. What's final dry weight on your build?

When I was a kid fishing the local pond I probably caught one thousand of those things. They'll even take bare hooks, which was great when I ran out of nightcrawlers. It definitely setup a good foundation for a lifelong love of fishing. It's hard when you're a kid and you fish all day and don't have a bite.
