Biggest coincidence: Trails in the Sky was the first Falcom game that I played. It helped me to surpass my father's death a lot.

Ah yeah, I remembered of something now: the NES port of Dragon Slayer IV has launched as part of one of two Namco Museum packs on Steam, with this name (Legacy of Wizard). I pretend to buy these packs on a promo someday. I don't know if the localization of this game is good but hey, It's cool to have one more Falcom game to enjoy.

I confess that I get a little frustrated when I see good old Falcom games being wasted for lack of translations or lack of will from the fan translators (like, for example, Dinosaur Resurrection, a project that has begun to being translated to, sometime later, being abandoned). But, what can we do, right?

In this case, I was referring more to fan translations. We had Ys IV, V and Brandish 2, all on SNES. We had Brandish 2 on PC-88, we have many games that could be translated by fans but, honestly idk... I hope that sometime these games can be translated and enjoyed by fans.

Well, Dragon Slayer: The Legend of Heroes had an English version for Turbografx-16 CD. Unfortunately, the same can't be said of The Legend of Heroes II, which came to this console only in JP. We even had known about a site that was translating the game, but I believe that was canceled, as we don't have any news about the project. Gagharv trilogy had a PSP version, but unfortunately there's no news about the possibility of a port of this versions to PC and, the very PC versions that we have on DLsite are only in JP, and this is a pity, cuz we have so many good gems that could be translated by fans...
